Transaction Security
All donations paid up using a debit or credit card are processed exclusively through the electronic payment platform ‘Alpha e-Commerce’ of Alpha Bank, and the Paypal and Viva Payments services. No transaction is carried out through this website.
To ensure the security of the transactions carried out, Alpha e-Commerce service uses the TLS 1.1 encryption method, under the 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL).
Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches the intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Donation refund policy
The amounts of donations paid to the Association Together for Children are exclusively used to support the activities and the programs implemented by the Association and its member associations.
Donations to Together for Children are in principle irrevocable and non-refundable. Exceptionally, a refund is possible only in cases where the donor has incorrectly filled in the amount of the donation. In this case, the donor should submit, within one (1) working day of executing the donation, a request for a refund to Together for Children by sending an email to info@mazigiatopaidi.gr or by fax to 210 74 82 664, indicating the true amount of the donation he/she wishes to make.
The excess amount will be refunded by Together for Children upon request.
