Sessions for Parents

A free cycle of eight counseling sessions is provided to parents with children aged 0 to 18, either in-person or online. The intervention focuses on helping parents develop functional ways of connecting and communicating within the family, enhancing communication between family members, and supporting their role as parents. Common issues parents face include managing behaviors related to adolescence, communicating effectively with their children, boosting children’s self-esteem, and helping them manage stress, among other concerns. Interested parties submit their request by phone, after which an appointment is scheduled with a member of the scientific team.

Sessions for Teenagers

A free cycle of eight counseling sessions is provided to teenagers aged 12 to 18, either in-person or online. Common issues that teenagers seek help for at the counseling center include managing daily stress, particularly related to school and learning obligations, relationships with peers and family members, and enhancing self-esteem and self-confidence. The process begins with a phone consultation to understand the request, followed by scheduling appointments with a specialist.
