AMKE has set up Line 115 25 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Line’) to provide counseling and moral support to parents, teachers, and adolescents regarding concerns and difficulties they face in their daily lives. We only process the personal data you provide us only if we have a legitimate reason to do so.

If the caller does not wish to make the report himself/herself, as stated by the caller, the report shall be forwarded to the competent authorities by the operators of the Line, when deemed necessary, to safeguard the vital interest of a natural person. As a general principle, the Line does not operate from the outset and purely as a repository of reports, but the caller is guided to make his/her own report.

Where do we transmit the data?

ΑΜΚΕ transmits your personal data to the following categories of recipients:

To state authorities, law enforcement agencies such as the Greek police, the public prosecutor’s office, and the juvenile prosecutor’s office, etc., when the caller himself/herself states that he/she does not wish to make the report, in which case the report will be forwarded to the competent authorities by the operators of the Line when deemed necessary.

Your personal data are not transmitted to third countries, i.e. countries outside the European Economic Area.

Storage period

The data storage period is decided on the basis of the following specific criteria, as appropriate: where processing is required as an obligation by provisions of the applicable legal framework, your personal data will be stored for as long as the relevant provisions require. Where processing is carried out on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Association, for as long as necessary for the purposes of the Association. The general storage period of your personal data is set at 2 years.
