“Together for Children” Supports the General Hospital of Xanthi with the Backing of PRODEA Investments
“Together for Children”, with the valuable support of PRODEA Investments, has donated six (6) beds to meet the needs of newborns, infants, and children in the Pediatric Department of the General Hospital of Xanthi, as part of the “Together at the Borders” program.
The new beds are state-of-the-art, offering high safety standards, ergonomic design, and cheerful aesthetics, aiming to provide more pleasant and secure hospitalization conditions for young patients while also facilitating the work of the nursing staff. This contribution significantly upgrades the pediatric clinic of the General Hospital of Xanthi, which serves more than 1,000 children annually.
This initiative is part of the broader work of “Together for Children” in the Regional Unit of Xanthi, which has already supported the pediatric departments of health centers in areas such as Echinos, Avdira, and Stavroupoli with medical and technological equipment.
Pediatrician and Vice President of “Together for Children”, Mr. Ioannis Papadatos, stated:
