October | Free Online Psychoeducational Seminars for Parents

The Counselling Center of Together for Children (TfC) is organizing a series of free online psychoeducational seminars for parents on the following topics:

“Communication in the Family”, Tuesday 7 October 2025, 17:30 – 19:00 | Register HERE

The aim of this seminar is to explore, understand, and address communication challenges that arise between parents and children.
Participants will discuss effective intervention and boundary-setting strategies that facilitate healthy communication and help protect the parent–child relationship from ongoing tensions and conflicts.

For parents of school-aged and adolescent children.

“Anxiety & Management”
Monday, October 13, 2025 | 17:30–19:00 | Register HERE

What is anxiety? Where do we notice it and how do we experience it?
How can we manage it, and how can we support someone experiencing intense anxiety?
Are there techniques that can help reduce tension and encourage healthier expression?
The aim of this seminar is to provide practical guidance on identifying, managing, and constructively expressing anxiety.

For parents of children aged 10–18 years.

“School Bullying”
Thursday, October 16, 2025 | 17:30–19:00 | Register HERE

Incidents of school bullying are becoming increasingly frequent and intense in Greek schools.
Teachers often struggle to handle such situations, while parents may feel uncertain about how to support their child.
As a result, both the children who experience bullying and those who engage in it often remain unsupported, allowing the problem to grow.

The purpose of this seminar is to raise awareness and understanding of all aspects of school bullying and to clarify the parent’s role in addressing it.

For parents of children of all ages and adolescents.

Seminar Information:

  • Pre-registration is required to secure a place. Attendance will be on a first-come, first-served basis, as spaces are limited.
  • Upon registration and consent for the processing of personal data, participants will receive a confirmation email from the Together for Children scientific team, including access details for joining the online seminar.
  • Participation is FREE OF CHARGE and the seminars will be held via the Zoom platform.
