New Awareness Campaign for Helpline 115 25

Anxiety and Anger in Adolescence, and Family Crisis at the Forefront

“Together for Children” presents its new awareness campaign for the Nationwide Counselling Helpline 115 25, featuring three TV spots that shed light on contemporary challenges of family life and adolescence.

The campaign focuses on three key issues that concern adolescents and families today: anxiety, anger, and family crisis. Through realistic moments from everyday life, the spots highlight difficulties that often remain unseen and remind us that seeking help is a meaningful act of care and psychological support.

The aim of the campaign is to inform and raise public awareness about the operation of Helpline 115 25, while reinforcing the message that no one is alone when facing the challenges of parenting and adolescence.

The Counselling Helpline 115 25 of “Together for Children” has been operating since 2009, supporting parents, educators, and adolescents by providing free counselling services. Support for beneficiaries includes up to 10 telephone counselling sessions, as well as up to 8 online or in-person sessions.

Helpline 115 25 is staffed by an experienced scientific team under continuous clinical supervision. Strict confidentiality is observed: all calls are identifiable, confidential, and not recorded. Calls are free of charge from any landline or mobile phone provider.

Since 2017, it has been a member of Child Helpline International, the global network of child helplines, which includes 181 member helplines across 147 countries worldwide.

The “Together for Children” Helpline 115 25 operates Monday to Friday, 9:00–19:00.
