“I Give Because I Care” : Together for Children collected 2,500 essential items for children in child protection institutions

Together for Children , within the framework of the “I Give Because I Care” Program, successfully carried out three food collection drives on March 19 and 20, as well as on April 3, at Sklavenitis stores in Alimos, at Avenue shopping center, and in Glyfada.

The initiative aimed to collect food for the children supported by the organization, who are hosted in child protection institutions. With the support of volunteers and the response of the public, more than 2,500 essential items were gathered, including olive oil, legumes, honey, pasta, and other food products.

Employees of Trafigura actively contributed to the implementation of the initiative, along with volunteers from the Cerebral Palsy Greece and volunteers of Together for children from Arsakeio Ekalis, Moraitis School, and Athens College, demonstrating in practice the importance of collaboration and social contribution.
