Free Online Psychoeducational Seminars for Parents in September

The Counseling Center of Together for Children is organizing free online psychoeducational seminars for parents on the following topics:

“Children and the Internet” – Thursday, September 11, 17:30–19:00 | Register HERE

Technology is now part of everyday life for both parents and children. Television, computers, tablets, and mobile phones have become an integral part of our routines. The way we use them—and the way we introduce them into children’s lives—determines whether their impact will be beneficial or harmful.

For parents of children of all ages.

“Adolescence” – Thursday, September 18, 17:30–19:00 | Register HERE

Adolescence is a period of intense physical and emotional changes, during which children gradually transition from childhood to adulthood. The seminar aims to help parents better understand adolescents, strengthen their parental role, bridge differences, and achieve more effective communication with their children.

For parents of pre-teens and teenagers.

“Studying and Parental Involvement/Role” – Tuesday, September 23, 17:30–19:00 | Register HERE

This seminar focuses on discussing effective ways for parents to engage in their children’s learning process, with the aim of fostering autonomy and self-esteem.

For parents of school-age children.

This seminar is held with the kind support of PPC.

“Anxiety: Recognition & Management” – Monday, September 29, 17:30–19:00 | Register HERE

What is anxiety? Where do we identify it, and how do we experience it? How can we manage it? How can we support someone who is experiencing intense anxiety? Are there techniques that can help with de-escalation and healthy expression? The seminar will provide basic guidance on recognizing, managing, and functionally expressing anxiety.

For parents of school-age children and teenagers.

This seminar is held with the kind support of PPC.

Seminar Information:

  • Registration is required to secure a spot. Seats are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
