Donation of Medical Equipment to the Donoussa Multi-Purpose Regional Medical Centre

Together for Children, with the generous support of the Antonios and Ioannis Angelicoussis Foundation, provided essential medical equipment to strengthen the operation of the Donoussa Multi-Purpose Regional Medical Center, the island’s main public healthcare facility.

The donation makes a meaningful contribution to upgrading the healthcare services available on the island and improving the day-to-day experience of both medical staff and patients. The aim is to help meet the healthcare needs of Donoussa’s permanent residents, as well as the thousands of visitors who come to the island each year.

Provision of Medical Equipment

The donation covers all identified equipment needs required for the effective operation of the medical center. It includes medical devices such as a vital signs monitor, as well as general medical equipment, including a wheelchair, infant scales, a paediatric scale with height measurement and a paediatric nebuliser.

Ensuring equal access to quality healthcare services for everyone, regardless of where they live, is a longstanding priority for Together for Children. To date, the organisation has supported 29 healthcare facilities across Greece by providing essential medical equipment.
